Responsibilities

• Lead a full scratch kitchen as Executive Chef, ensuring flawless execution of dishes in a timely manner.
• Develop and curate seasonally driven, guest-focused menus that set industry standards.
• Manage fixed food, labor, and product costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with staff, guests, and residents through exceptional service and leadership.
• Create a flexible, contemporary work environment that encourages growth and innovation.
• Leverage modern culinary technology to enhance kitchen operations and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a full scratch kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef.
• Ability to craft seasonally curated, guest-focused menus.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring kitchen staff.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• Compliance with health and safety protocols, including vaccination, daily screening, and PPE usage as required.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually.
