About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Concord, NC. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who wants to build a strong team, introduce fresh ideas, and elevate the overall dining experience.

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations for the account. You’ll lead and develop a team of associates while managing food quality, menu development, costs, inventory, safety, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the culinary team
• Create exciting, high-quality menus
• Manage food costs, budgets, and account expenses
• Oversee purchasing, production, and inventory
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
• Introduce new culinary programs in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams
• Bring fresh ideas and help take the operation to the next level

Requirements

• Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of culinary management experience
• High-volume food production and catering experience
• Strong knowledge of food costs, purchasing, and inventory
• Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team
• A passion for great food and creating an outstanding dining experience
• Desire to grow with a top-notch foodservice company
