Responsibilities

• Clients make a booking on CHEFIN’s platform; they pay in full and the money is placed in a trust account.
• The CHEFIN backend evaluates the client’s requirements and matches them to your profile. You receive a booking request via text & email and decide whether to accept or reject the job.
• If accepted, the booking is allocated to your Chef Dashboard where you can access all details, fill in the menu design wizard, and communicate with the client.
• The client approves your menu; you then shop, prep, cook, serve, and clean.
• After service, the client submits a review; you upload all booking expenses and you get paid from the trust account.
• Manage bookings to meet food‑quality goals, contribute to menu design, and work within each booking’s cost goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience as a chef.
• Excellent culinary skills and experience working in high‑end restaurants, cooking à la carte, fine‑dining quality cuisine with first‑class presentation.
• Sociable, reliable, professional, well‑presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent worker able to manage bookings, contribute to menu design, and work within cost goals.
• Ability to independently design menus and tailor them to dietary requirements.
• Ability to run a kitchen independently and delegate work to staff if needed.
