- Maintains restaurant profitability and addresses operational deficiencies.
- Identifies and resolves operational issues.
- Trains staff members for future growth.
- Hosts quarterly staff meetings.
- Completes marketing responsibilities and new programs.
- Performs monthly inventory checks.
- Maintains positive staff morale.
- Interviews potential staff members.
- Maintains staff training program.
- Enforces safety and security procedures.
- Ensures proper ordering, receiving, and handling of food and supplies.
- Maintains proper inventory levels of food and supplies.
- Treats guests and staff with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- Bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
- Move items up to 30 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
- Stand and be active for a 12-hour shift, including going up and down stairs.
Pay
- Kitchen support/dishwashers: $12 and up, online ordering tip share, and an annual 3% raise.
- Culinary staff: $15 – $19, online ordering tip share, and an annual 3% raise.
- Hosts and Hostesses: average $15-$18, including tips.
- Servers and Bartenders: average $26 per hour in tips.
