Responsibilities

• Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport.
• Maintain the physical center environment and ensure all health and safety standard operating procedures comply with local and state licensing regulations.
• Ensure the center is always fully staffed with high-performing teachers by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
• Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to create a fun learning environment for children.
• Deliver consistent business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, monthly P&L statements, and employee payroll.
• Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual center tours and organize community marketing events to drive awareness and enrollment.

Requirements

• Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred); at least one year required.
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Must meet all applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
