Executive Business Partner
Job Summary
The revenue cycle automation platform is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the executive leadership team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar Management: Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments.
- Daily Executive Operations: Provide white-glove support to maximize the executive team's time and focus, overseeing all daily operational logistics including meal coordination and workspace preparedness.
- Meeting & Board Coordination: Support the execution of internal and external meetings, managing the end-to-face setup, guest greeting, and cleanup for Board Meetings.
- Project & Task Management: Develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines to improve efficiency across the leadership team.
- Travel and Logistics: Plan and organize complex travel itineraries focusing on efficiency and comfort.
- Culture & Events: Contribute to company culture by leading the logistics for team offsites, holiday parties, and other event logistics.

Pay Transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000, USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
