What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Calendar Management: Build and maintain a deep understanding of business priorities to effectively optimize time and prioritize commitments. Resolve scheduling conflicts and de-block the team to ensure they are focused on mission-critical work.
  • Daily Executive Operations: Provide white-glove support to maximize the executive team's time and focus. Oversee all daily operational logistics, including meal coordination and workspace preparedness, proactively handling the "small things" so the leadership team can focus on the big picture.
  • Meeting & Board Coordination: Support the execution of internal and external meetings. Specifically, manage the end-to-face setup, guest greeting, and cleanup for Board Meetings. Often have a "seat at the table," helping track follow-ups and action items.
  • Project & Task Management: Effectively develop a task management system that demonstrates visibility and maintains transparency on competing tasks and deadlines to improve efficiency across the leadership team.
  • Travel and Logistics: Plan and organize complex travel itineraries (booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc.) with a focus on efficiency and comfort.
  • Culture & Events: Contribute to company culture by leading the logistics for team offsites, holiday parties, and other event logistics that make Candid Health a great place to work.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience supporting C-level leaders in high-growth, complex environments.

  • Versatile & Adaptable: Happy to lean in wherever the team needs support, whether the task is administrative or strategic.
  • Discretion & Integrity: Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with stakeholders inside and outside of Candid Health.
  • Accountability Partner: Comfortable serving as a true partner to executives, tactfully reminding them of various responsibilities and keeping the team aligned.
  • Clear Communicator: Clear and concise communicator; evidence of strong writing ability will be valued especially highly.

Pay

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000, USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.

Location

We are an in-person culture. We believe the best work happens when we are in the same room. Our team is in person in our San Francisco office (4+ days per week).
