Responsibilities

  • Support throughout the HR lifecycle: manage the entire recruitment process in the back office – from initial contact and interview coordination to successful hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Support in employee development: actively contribute to personnel development by independently creating and managing internal training and information materials.
  • Employee support: serve as a trusted point of contact for our team regarding internal questions and concerns.
  • Employer branding support: assist the marketing team in various projects, particularly in strengthening our employer brand.
  • Executive assistance & board support: handle administrative tasks, coordinate board-level scheduling, and support HR and marketing operations.
  • Office management at the Essen location: ensure smooth daily operations, manage procurement, and handle office supplies.
  • Event management: support the planning and execution of internal events such as summer parties, Christmas celebrations, and team events.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in HR and marketing.
  • Proficiency in common office software applications (Microsoft).
  • Currently enrolled in or already completed studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, psychology, education, communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, high commitment, teamwork ability, empathy, and resilience.
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, proactively, and in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Eagerness to continuously develop your skills and align your knowledge collaboratively with us.
  • Interest in a long-term collaboration.
  • Very good German (minimum C1) and English skills (written and spoken).
