Executive Banking Associate

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Banking Associate to join our Deposit Services team at our corporate office in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the AVP Executive Banking Associate, the Executive Banking Associate will provide clients with a professional, high-touch banking experience by assisting with all areas of the consumer client management process – onboarding, account opening, key service setup, gathering deposit and loan documentation, handling direct client inquiries, and assisting in business development efforts of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure client satisfaction
• Partner with Relationship Management to attend meetings, onboard clients and become first point of contact for consumer deposit needs
• Maintain frequent and open lines of communication to ensure a successful client experience
• Conduct outreach to welcome new clients and follow up on requests
• Maintains expert knowledge of deposit products and services with developing knowledge of loans to ensure clients are aware of BWB offerings
