About the role
Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to directly support our Chief Executive Officer. As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while supporting business priorities across Zurich Cover-More.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day priorities across multiple time zones.
- Serve as a key point of contact for senior leaders, board-level stakeholders, and internal and external business partners.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, correspondence, and communications for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings, governance activities, action tracking, and follow-up to ensure priorities are executed effectively.
- Support special projects, business reporting, budgeting activities, and operational initiatives while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders in a complex corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands and deadlines.
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior stakeholders across a global organization.
- Experience preparing executive presentations, board materials, leadership communications, and governance documentation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering a high level of service.

Pay
Salary range: $31.68 to $51.88/hr with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%. Compensation is influenced by factors including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
