Executive Assistant to Founders at Health Tech Startup

About the role

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the Founders and the broader team are aligned, organized, and operating efficiently. The position requires strong organizational and prioritization skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization for executives
  • Provide seamless personal support, managing scheduling, appointments, reservations, household coordination, special projects, and other day-to-day matters
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups
  • Manage domestic and international travel logistics, often with shifting priorities
  • Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders (investors, partners, etc.)
  • Draft and manage communications, presentations, and confidential materials
  • Track key initiatives and ensure follow-through on priorities and deadlines
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
  • Support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and board/investor meetings
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and light budget/vendor coordination
  • Aid with onboarding logistics and cross-functional coordination
  • Jump in where needed – from operations to office support – as priorities evolve

  • Experience 7+ years of experience supporting fast-moving Founders both personally and professionally with high expectations
  • Experience in a recognized, high-performing startup or high-growth environment required
  • Proven success managing a blend of business and personal priorities with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
