Responsibilities
- Own the Founder's calendar with prioritization, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized.
- Serve as gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage inbox triage and draft responses on the Founder's behalf.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for board meetings, investor meetings, and key decisions.
- Attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
- Plan and execute company events, off-sites, and team gatherings.
- Cookbook complex travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Led cross-functional projects to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before being asked.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid context-switching.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Impeccable discretion with confidential information.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
- Unflappable under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Curious and comfortable working with new tech, including AI tools.
Pay
160-180K DOE + benefits, bonus, and unlimited PTO.
Schedule
This role will begin primarily in-office, 5 days/week, based in NYC during the ramp-up period, and will then offer flexibility to work from home 1-2 days/week.
