Executive Assistant to Co-Founder / CTO
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder / CTO who thrives in fast-paced, technical environments. In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to a senior technical leader, helping them stay focused on building and scaling the favorited application while you manage priorities, communications, and operational details.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex calendar and inbox for the Co-Founder / CTO, prioritizing technical, product, and company-wide initiatives.
- Act as an accountability partner by tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Cook up engineering leadership meetings, technical reviews, and company-wide syncs, including agenda prep and follow-through.
- Coordinate office operations and handle detailed travel planning for a senior technical executive.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to support planning, communication, and execution.
- Prepare materials for meetings, technical reviews, and board or investor sessions as needed.
- Anticipate needs, unblock issues, and proactively improve day-to-day efficiency for the CTO and their org.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, including previous experience supporting technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or similar), ideally in a start-up environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering teams, technical organizations, and how product and infrastructure teams operate.
- Prior proven ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with highly technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and drive accountability without constant direction.

Pay
$90,000 - $120,000
