The AI infrastructure safety startup is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support a dynamic, first-time founder. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate travel, prepare for meetings, provide in-person support, and handle light personal support.

  • Own the office and guest experience, manage vendor and facilities relationships, plan and execute events, lead new hire onboarding, and maintain office inventory and systems.

  • Ensure IT and AV are functioning, manage the office budget, develop and maintain operational systems, and introduce practical improvements.

Qualifications include:

  • Previous 3+ years of experience supporting a founder or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach with strong strategic calendaring and communication skills.

  • Strong hospitality instincts and knowledge of NYC, proficiency with workplace tools, and familiarity with AI tools.
