Executive Assistant to CEO / Office Manager at Series B AI Safety Startup
The AI infrastructure safety startup is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support a dynamic, first-time founder. Key responsibilities include:
Strategically manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate travel, prepare for meetings, provide in-person support, and handle light personal support.
Own the office and guest experience, manage vendor and facilities relationships, plan and execute events, lead new hire onboarding, and maintain office inventory and systems.
Ensure IT and AV are functioning, manage the office budget, develop and maintain operational systems, and introduce practical improvements.
Qualifications include:
Previous 3+ years of experience supporting a founder or C-suite executive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach with strong strategic calendaring and communication skills.
Strong hospitality instincts and knowledge of NYC, proficiency with workplace tools, and familiarity with AI tools.
