Executive Assistant To CEO
Position Mission
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a high-impact, trust-based role supporting the Managing Partner of a growing, deadline-driven accounting firm in NYC. As Executive Assistant, you will serve as the central point of organization, communication, and follow-through—ensuring priorities are clear, time is protected, and nothing critical slips through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and protect the Managing Partner’s priorities, ensuring important work is planned, tracked, and completed on time
- Provide daily structure through calendar and timesheet oversight, email inbox management, and proactive follow-up
- Serve as a trusted communication hub, keeping leadership aligned with firm-wide projects, tasks and deadlines
- Support ongoing business development, firm operations, meetings, and internal systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Anticipate needs, prevent issues before they arise, and bring calm, clarity, and organization to a demanding environment
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a CPA firm
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication
