Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources and designated staff members.
  • Participates in and provides day-to-day support to internal stakeholders to ensure department projects are delivered in a timely manner and in alignment with the identified project scope.
  • Captures and maintains department meeting calendars and conference room calendars; makes travel arrangements and arranges meetings; assists in agenda preparation, gathers information and contacts meeting participants.
  • Coordinates routine personnel, payroll, expense account documentation, and purchasing/acquisition duties, including getting approvals in a timely manner.
  • Compiles budget data and prepares for submission to Finance; tracks and manages department expenditures.
  • Serves as the single point of contact for facilities maintenance and functional issues for the department.
  • Supports the execution of projects in collaboration with internal constituents by effectively defining and documenting project framework to align with identified business drivers, feasibility, costs and scope.
  • Works with other team members to foster effective and positive relationships to effectively manage execution of project deliverables and meet defined business goals.
  • Manages assigned projects to include the implementation of project requirements, timelines and related success factors in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitates communication as appropriate to all project team members and communicates to internal stakeholders on status, progress and forecasted final targets of projects, including any schedule constraints, resource issues, project risks, roadblocks and scope changes.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An Associate Degree in related field is preferred.
  • Two to five years of related work experience is required.
  • One to three years of project coordination experience is preferred.
  • Travel: Up to 5%
