Our team of cybersecurity professionals works with prominent global insurance carriers, leading law firms, and Fortune 1000 businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule meetings while balancing shifting priorities.
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions.
- Develop an understanding of executive priorities to ensure calendars reflect business-critical activities.
- Cook up and submit expense reports on behalf of executives.
- Aid with travel coordination, itineraries, and related logistics when required.
- Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
- Proofread and review client-facing reports, presentations, and other documents for grammar, formatting, consistency, and professionalism before distribution.
- Serve as a trusted point of coordination between executives and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Aid with preparing meeting materials and executive presentations.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Operates in a fast-paced work environment in a global organization.
- Requires the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- May involve tight deadlines and high-energy work situations.
- Previous experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the VP, or Executive level.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional proofreading abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong judgment and the ability to anticipate executive needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced consulting, professional services, or technology environment.
- Familiarity with preparing executive presentations and client-facing documents.
