About the role

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support at the senior executive level. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Cook up and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, local meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism; the ability to anticipate executive needs and address potential issues is required.
  • Organize and support meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions; further will hold responsibility for tracking and managing complex and simplex projects, timelines, deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively, influence cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, secure resources, and maintain seamless operational flow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to travel.

Pay

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $125,000.

Schedule

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
