About the Opportunity

The Executive Assistant, Office of the Head of Global Ecosystem provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to a global leadership team. This role ensures executive readiness, coordinates strategic initiatives, and facilitates effective communication across stakeholders, enabling leadership to focus on organizational priorities and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, travel, meetings, and daily logistics.
  • Prioritize requests to optimize executive time.
  • Cook up multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prepare professional business communications.
  • Maintain organization while handling complex administrative tasks.
  • Exercise discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Develop understanding of the Global Ecosystem organization and priorities.
  • Support meeting preparation by coordinating attendees and materials.
  • Capture key decisions and follow-up actions during leadership meetings.
  • Track commitments to support accountability and execution.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and preparation needs.
  • Manage project timelines and operational priorities.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, events, and programs.
  • Cook up logistics including meetings, travel, venues, catering, and attendee management.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and business partners for seamless coordination.

Requirements

  • 8+ years supporting C-level and senior executives, ideally in global technology or professional services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate policies and executive support duties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • Proactive approach to anticipating executive needs and resolving challenges.
  • Experience in executive meetings, action tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
