What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage core administrative functions including travel arrangements, expense reports, and executive calendars
- Provide support for projects and events, ensuring accurate data entry and stakeholder communications
- Offer high-quality executive support by managing access to executives and preparing necessary documents
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events, preparing materials and analyzing background summaries
- Navigate multiple competing priorities while maintaining high accuracy and follow-through
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level executive support, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in the nonprofit sector, with knowledge of philanthropic practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/collaboration tools
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
