What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage core administrative functions including travel arrangements, expense reports, and executive calendars
  • Provide support for projects and events, ensuring accurate data entry and stakeholder communications
  • Offer high-quality executive support by managing access to executives and preparing necessary documents
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, preparing materials and analyzing background summaries
  • Navigate multiple competing priorities while maintaining high accuracy and follow-through

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level executive support, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector, with knowledge of philanthropic practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/collaboration tools
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
