In this role, you will make a tangible impact by anticipating executive needs, navigating complex global logistics, managing confidential communications, and prioritizing demanding schedules to allow executive leaders to focus on high-level strategy. You will serve as an indispensable operational enabler at the heart of our global corporate leadership.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engineer and optimize complex global calendars and travel itineraries to maximize executive impact across multiple time zones.
- Serve as a trusted communication hub for international partners and executive stakeholders, handling high-profile correspondence with discretion and poise.
- Orchestrate high-stakes executive meetings and synthesize confidential strategic materials for legal, financial, and technology governance board preparations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration alongside corporate executive assistants and leadership teams to streamline information flow and execute strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience providing high-level administrative partnership to C-suite or senior corporate executives.
- Proven track record of exercising independent judgment and maintaining absolute confidentiality when handling highly sensitive legal, financial, and strategic information.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs, manage competing priorities, and navigate dynamic corporate environments.
- High fluency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and international multi-time-zone schedule and travel management.
- Flexibility and accessibility to manage non-standard hours as needed to support a global corporate schedule.
Skills
- Experience navigating corporate legal, corporate governance, or finance operational environments.
- Background working with or preparing presentation materials for a Board of Directors.
- Expertise in creating clean, visually impactful presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Active Notary Public commission in Colorado.

Hiring Range: $105,600.00–$145,200.00
