Job Description

Wynn Resorts is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide strong and dedicated administrative support to Senior Executives of Design and Development by enabling the seamless execution of their strategic initiatives through comprehensive coordination and refined management of complex responsibilities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a safe work environment through steadfast compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting the same to the appropriate person for proper resolution
  • Maintain a refined professional and ethical departmental, company and community reputation and comply with the Company's policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in recording all work and project time at all times
  • Champion the creation of requests for proposals, change orders, and additional service requests in collaboration with all Senior Executives
  • Orchestrate and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with refined judgment and strategic acumen
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Senior Executives and advance business operations with excellence and precision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated excellence as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-suite executives, preferably within the luxury interior design sector or comparable high-end large enterprise environment
  • Executive-caliber written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent leadership with sophistication and precision
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and professional productivity platforms
  • Experience supporting international and domestic operations across multiple time zones
  • Exceptional organizational acumen and sophisticated time management capabilities
  • Ability to operate with autonomy while seamlessly collaborating within a distinguished team environment
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure and excellence
