About the role
The Executive Assistant I provides high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents and senior executives, utilizing independent judgment and proactive communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare presentations and handle confidential correspondence
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Collaborate on onboarding and track departmental staffing
- Oversee meetings, process invoices, and manage purchase orders and reimbursements
- Maintain operational procedures
- Support leadership in administrative tasks and improve workflow efficiency
- May mentor junior staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
- High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, discretion, and collaboration skills
