Job Summary

Coordinates administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel. Supports one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs. Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. Creating and developing visual presentations for executives and organizing and prioritizing large volume of incoming calls. Maintaining confidential and non-routine information and acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff. Developing reports and composing and editing correspondence, as well as interfacing effectively with all levels of personnel.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a secretarial or related field or equivalent
  • Three years Administrative Assistant work experience is required.

About the Role

Exciting and fast paced leadership offices with strong team atmosphere. This is an in person role working as an extension of our executive leadership. Work closely with department leaders and administrative team members. You’ll provide essential administrative support including managing calendars, coordinating travel, organizing meetings and notes, handling invoicing.

The ability to anticipate the needs of your superiors before they ask for them is a great asset.
