Executive Assistant - Exempt
Required Skills
- Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests, preparing correspondence and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide clerical support for the Deputy Secretary.
- Track requests and resolve constituent concerns generated from various sources.
- Create and proof documents and manage the flow of documents to minimize delays in approval or review.
- Prepare and maintain official records and reports of moderate to difficult complexity.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the Secretary's Office, including travel arrangements and event planning.
- Maintain selected website content for the Department.
- Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
- A thorough working knowledge of and ability to use standard computer technology and software applications, including MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively communicate.

Compensation
This positon's annual salary will be between $55,000 and $80,000, depending on previous experience.
