Executive Assistant
About the role
Provides administrative support to the Capital Markets Division team under general supervision. Supports the managing of calendars, travel and expense, ordering of supplies, processing invoices, regulatory reporting, and new associate onboarding. Assists with telephone coverage, primarily for calls regarding customers' daily Fed Funds changes of extremely large dollar amounts and general department coverage. Uses Microsoft Office skills to consolidate material from multiple sources into client-ready documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Visio workflows. Monitors all supply needs for the KC division, including items like coffee, paper towels, plates, and napkins.

Requirements
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent. Has a minimum of four (4) years’ or relevant work experience in an administrative capacity. Demonstrates strong communication skills with sound knowledge of grammar and punctuation. Exhibits an ability to effectively prioritize assignments and manage time/deadlines.

Compensation ranges from $44,790 - $65,650 per year, depending on location.
