About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to multiple senior leaders within the Tax, Accounting & Audit Professionals business segment, including leaders across Tax Workflow, Business Integration, Sales, and other senior leadership functions. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can manage competing priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and strong follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, expense reporting, and day-to-day administrative needs.
- Cook up internal and external meetings across global time zones, including leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, town halls, and cross-functional sessions.
- Prepare, edit, and organize executive communications, presentations, reports, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment with confidential information.
- Track priorities, deadlines, action items, and deliverables to help leaders stay organized, prepared, and aligned.
- Partner with other executive assistants, administrative teams, and cross-functional partners to support team operations, onboarding, engagement activities, and leadership rhythms.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, communication flow, scheduling efficiency, and overall executive support.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to support multiple senior leaders simultaneously, manage competing priorities, and anticipate executive needs with minimal direction.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, including scheduling across time zones and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, and follow-through skills.
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools; comfort preparing executive-level documents and presentations.
- Collaborative, resourceful, flexible, and calm under pressure, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, including scheduling across time zones and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, and follow-through skills.
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, judgment, and attention to detail when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools; comfort preparing executive-level documents and presentations.
