Responsibilities
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements for executive team
- Prepare and edit CEO's company-wide communications as well as communications for board, and other high-level meetings
- Draft and proofread internal memos, emails, and other corporate communications on behalf of the CEO
- Organize and plan cultural activities and team-building events for the corporate office
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain executive files and records
- Serve as primary point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for CEO and executive team
- Cook up and plan logistics for board meetings, executive retreats, and other high-level gatherings
- Auxiliary in research and data compilation for strategic projects and initiatives
- Perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to: document preparation, phone screening, and office management tasks, ordering catering, scheduling corporate events and activities, order, shipping and receiving collateral related to events and cultural activities
- Embody and promote the company culture as an extension of the CEO and executive team, exemplifying the TPG way by treating colleagues, as well as internal and external stakeholders, with respect and care
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Event planning experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates an exceptional level of detail orientation and upholding the highest standards of accuracy
- Graphic design, familiarity with Canva, and/or other tools related to building creative collateral used for internal communications to the organization
- Ability to demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions, identify and share relevant information and solicit feedback from others and give and receives feedback objectively
- Ability to identify and problem solve
- Strong team player able to shift tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Pay
Compensation range: $80,000-95,000/year depending on experience.
