Responsibilities
- Manage a complex executive calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Serve as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
- Cook upboard meetings, charitable events, and special projects.
- Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Support select personal responsibilities, including travel, scheduling, and event coordination.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of administrative experience, including 5+ years supporting senior executives.
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Construction or engineering industry experience is a plus.
