Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Organize tasks and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
- Cook up and respond to emails
- Cook up and respond to emails

- Coordinate communication with clients and internal team members
- Aid in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and phone calls
- Communicate with team members and clients through WhatsApp and email
- Aid in basic CRM updates and contact management
- Aid in basic social media management such as scheduling posts or responding to messages
- Prepare weekly updates and assist with general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and proactive mindset
Tools & Skills
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar)
- WhatsApp for team and client communication
- Zoom for virtual meetings
- CRM systems (basic contact and lead management)
- Basic social media management tools
Language Requirements
- Advanced English (required)
- Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)
Working Hours
- Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
Pay
Remote position (Latin America). Compensation Based On Experience. Starting at $500 (USD)
