About The Role
The Executive Assistant role acts as the central hub of administrative and operational efficiency, supporting multiple senior leaders within a fast-paced, high-growth technology organization. This position requires deep strategic partnership to optimize leadership productivity, streamline daily communications, and navigate shifting business priorities. The role goes beyond standard calendar management, serving as a trusted coordinator who interfaces directly with cross-functional product, engineering, and operations teams. Based in the Seattle, WA office on a hybrid schedule, this position ensures seamless execution of corporate workflows and team events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, multi-destination travel itineraries, and expenses across multiple global time zones with proactive conflict resolution.
- Cook up high-impact executive meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and board-level presentations, compiling documentation and tracking post-meeting deliverables.
- Act as a primary operational point of contact for internal teams and external partners, filtering communications and prioritizing critical inquiries.
- Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for large-scale team offsites, company-wide events, and office engagement programs within budget guidelines.
- Draft, edit, and proofread highly confidential executive communications, operational updates, and department-wide announcements.
- Deploy digital productivity and collaboration tools, including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and project tracking databases to optimize administrative workflows.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience in an executive assistant, administrative partner, or office management role supporting senior leadership.
- Proven track record working within a high-growth technology environment or fast-paced corporate setting.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and modern expense management tools like Concur or Brex.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, proprietary, and confidential business information with absolute discretion.
- Strong project coordination skills, with a proven ability to prioritize multiple high-impact projects under tight deadlines.
- Bonus: Experience coordinating corporate events, managing office space logistics, or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
