Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple priorities and time zones
  • Cooking up travel logistics and itineraries, including last-minute changes and multi-stop travel
  • Serving as a key point of contact for inbound communication; managing inboxes and drafting correspondence
  • Cooking up meetings with investors, business owners, brokers, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepping documents for signatures, maintaining organized records, and supporting document workflows
  • Tracking action items, follow-ups, and deadlines; ensuring commitments are executed reliably
  • Cooking up internal process organization, including meeting notes, agenda preparation, and light project management
  • Handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Aiding with ad hoc personal and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, principals, or founders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; comfort with scheduling tools and collaboration platforms

Pay & Benefits

Expected annual base salary range: $90,000 - $120,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.

For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.

Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at the Firm’s sole discretion.
