About the role
Rothy’s is looking for an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant to support members of our Executive Team. In this role, you'll do more than keep things moving — you'll be a trusted thought partner, helping our executives communicate with clarity, show up prepared, and lead with impact.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to executives — anticipating needs, connecting the dots across priorities, and helping them operate at their highest level
- Own executive communications, including drafting, editing, and managing correspondence that reflects each leader's voice with clarity and intention
- Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and context-setting documents to ensure executives are informed and ready for every meeting and moment
- Provide strategic administrative and project management support across a broad range of initiatives
- Lead complex calendar management and travel planning, balancing competing priorities with good judgment
- Prepare domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Meticulously manage expenses on behalf of the executive team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects, initiatives, and events

- Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and other special functions
- Serve as a trusted liaison internally and externally, representing our executives with grace, professionalism, and discretion at all times
Requirements
- A strategic communicator who understands context and audience, and can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling language on behalf of others
- Flexible in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness, with a positive "can-do" spirit
- A quick learner with a "knack" for tech, able to figure out new systems and adapt on the go
- Independent, able to execute and prioritize with little direction and exercise sound judgment when making time-sensitive decisions

- A self-starter who knows when to trust your instincts and when to ask for help
- A problem solver who can find creative solutions efficiently and proactively

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience providing dedicated, high-level support to one or more C-suite executives in a fast-paced startup environment, including complex calendar management and travel planning
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- High proficiency in Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar and Google Docs
- A polished, professional demeanor and a track record of building trust with executives and VIP stakeholders
- The ability to juggle competing priorities with composure and good judgment in a dynamic, ever-changing environment

Pay
$120,000 - $145,000 annually Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
