Responsibilities:
- Manage dynamic schedules for multiple executives, balancing competing priorities, safeguarding focused work time, and anticipating upcoming support needs.
- Prepare leaders for meetings by gathering relevant materials, organizing background information, and ensuring they are equipped well before each engagement.
- Support investor relationship activities by monitoring interaction timelines, identifying accounts that need renewed attention, and creating concise briefing materials for calls and meetings.
- Arrange business travel, including air transportation, lodging, local transit, and detailed itineraries, while adapting plans as schedules change.
- Draft and refine clear correspondence, presentations, and other communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Process expense submissions, coordinate vendor invoice handling, and provide day-to-day administrative support for office operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders such as auditors, legal advisors, custodians, and fund administrators, driving follow-up actions through completion.

- Prepare, file, and track legal documents through Washington state e-filing systems across multiple counties, ensuring deadlines and court requirements are met.
- Coordinate depositions, attorney preparation sessions, and case-related meetings while maintaining organized calendars for litigation matters.
- Work closely with attorneys to monitor discovery schedules and help ensure responses, requests, and related case materials are completed on time.
- Use ProLaw for case management, document organization, calendaring, and time or billing-related administrative tasks.
- Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, maintaining case files, and supporting attorneys with logistics and documentation.
- Manage competing priorities with professionalism and adaptability while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
