At Pax8, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership — ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while enabling executives to stay focused on strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Owning executive calendars — Managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring leaders stay focused on the highest priorities
- Coordinating travel logistics — Booking flights, hotels, and transportation while ensuring seamless end-to-end itineraries
- Managing inbox communications — Prioritizing messages, drafting responses, and enabling clear, timely communication
- Preparing leaders for success — Developing agendas, gathering materials, and coordinating meeting logistics and technology
- Supporting and participating in meetings — Capturing key takeaways, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
- Driving operational efficiency — Managing expense tracking and reimbursements while supporting ongoing business activities
- Planning and executing events — Coordinating logistics and ensuring successful internal and external events
- Creating polished communications — Drafting and editing presentations, reports, and executive-level materials
Qualifications
- Significant experience (5+ years) supporting senior-level leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in modern office tools and administrative systems
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $54,803 to $78,290, Or more depending on experience.
