Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for the President/CEO.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Cook up travel and accommodations.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Support internal and external communications.
- Aid with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information professionally.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required, a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in related fields is desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities and deadlines is essential.
- The capability to decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed is important.
- A commitment to excellence - performing duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis - is required.
- An excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner - is needed.
