About the role
This Executive Assistant opportunity is for someone who thrives on keeping complex priorities organized, anticipating needs before they arise, and helping leaders perform at their best. The ideal candidate will support the Vice President of Support Services, assisting with a wide range of tasks and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Requirements
A high school degree or GED is required, with an associates degree in secretarial science preferred. A minimum of five years' executive secretarial/administrative experience is required, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and trusted. They must also be able to anticipate needs, manage confidential information, and collaborate with teams across the organization.
Skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative procedures are also required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
