About the role
The Executive Assistant supports the U.S. Army by developing, documenting, and maintaining acquisition strategies, strategic plans, and formal program management documentation to guide capability development and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manages principals' calendars, coordinating and scheduling meetings and events.
- Captures and reviews read-aheads and other documentation for PEO and SES.
- Coordinates and completes travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Prepares correspondence, including Star and SES notes and certificates of appreciation.
- Ensures all correspondence complies with AR 25-50 before signature.
- Serves as a point of contact for ceremonies, conferences, meetings, visits, and office calls.
- Maintains all records and security requests.
- Supports personnel in preparing travel authorizations in support of official temporary duty (TDY) utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Maintains and files personnel time and attendance records into the Automated Time and Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS).
- Develops, maintains, and manages databases and spreadsheets.
- Performs administrative data management, analysis, and research.
- Maintains administrative access to the Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS).
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: Associate's Degree with 10+ years of experience or 12+ years of experience in place of a degree.
- Ability to work with government-provided software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Secret Clearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years, with at least 2 years of experience supporting a Flag Officer or SES as an Executive Assistant.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of AR 25-50 guidelines.

Pay
$78K-93K
The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
