Executive Assistant
About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic operational partner to the Principal across business and personal initiatives. This is not a traditional administrative support role. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally-minded, proactive, and able to create structure within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This person will play a critical role in helping manage priorities, streamline communication, improve workflows, and ensure operational continuity across the Principal’s day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and organize information across multiple initiatives
- Create and maintain detailed meeting notes
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and execution
- Streamline communication and improve workflows
- Ensure operational continuity across the Principal’s day-to-day activities
- Support the Principal in managing priorities and anticipating needs
- Operate with discretion, confidentiality, and mature judgment
- Operate with a high degree of ownership and independence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, principals, or leadership teams in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Longmont, Colorado
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 20–30%)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to create structure, process, and operational clarity
- Elite-level note-taking, information synthesis, documentation, and follow-through capabilities
- Highly technologically fluent with demonstrated utilization of AI tools beyond surface-level administrative tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and operate with a high degree of ownership
- Experience within technology, blockchain, venture, startup, investment, family office, or operationally complex environments preferred

Pay
The base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on overall experience, qualifications, and performance throughout the interview process.
Schedule
This role is fully on-site in Longmont, Colorado and requires flexibility for domestic and international travel alongside the Principal as needed.
