The posted compensation range of $29.44 - $43.79 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Description
As our Executive Assistant to our Chief Philanthropy officer at our Barrow Neurological Foundation, you will be an indispensable strategic partner, providing high-level administrative leadership and support to empower executive effectiveness.
You will expertly oversee daily administrative operations for executives, acting as a primary point of contact and independently managing routine matters. You'll represent executives, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and prepare sensitive documents, utilizing comprehensive organizational knowledge for confident decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational skills, discreet judgment, superior communication, and advanced tech proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative support functions in a manner that maintains a high degree of accuracy and represents the organization's values.
- Provide project management support for President/CEO initiatives and processes suitable for the work.
- Manage change and/or conflicts within any project in an effective, timely, an appropriate manner.
- Professionally communicate verbally and in writing with a broad spectrum of audiences which may include CommonSpirit Health Executive Leadership, SJHMC leadership, physicians, and external points of contact.
- Ensures information flows to and from the executive office via all types and methods of communication (correspondence, meetings, speeches, etc.)
- Conducts research, prepares speeches, presentations and talking points for the President/CEO on an array of topics and various constituents.
