About The Role
CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring an Executive Assistant to support scheduling, documentation, communication, and day-to-day administrative execution. This role helps keep remote workflows organized, timely, and professionally coordinated.
Responsibilities
- Support calendars, documentation, correspondence, trackers, and recurring administrative workflows.
- Maintain organized records, meeting notes, task lists, and internal files.
- Cook up updates between team members and help keep deadlines visible and organized.
- Prepare summaries, reports, follow-up notes, and operational documents as needed.
- Handle confidential business information carefully and follow internal process standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
- Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
- Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
- Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.
PREFERRED Qualifications
- Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
- Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
- Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
