Executive Assistant
Highlights
The Executive Assistant shall be responsible to provide high-level administrative support directly to the VP. The Executive Assistant shall work independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. This individual shall handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks, and independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people. The Assistant will conduct research and information gathering on behalf of the VP. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will develop positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- At least 2 years’ hospital experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ clerical experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
- Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
- Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to remain calm in difficult situations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, proven track record of successful performance.
- Able to understand complex multifactor situations and bring appropriate solutions.
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
