About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior executives, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
- Arrange travel and conference bookings
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in executive assistant or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
