About the role
Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the financial services industry to identify an experienced Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements to boost leadership productivity.
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a key point of contact between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain a watchful eye on incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Aid with special projects, research initiatives, and administrative processes that support organizational objectives.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support event planning, executive functions, and other business-related activities as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement efficiencies across executive support functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or C-suite professionals.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Prowess in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information.
- Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Pay
$75,000 annually
Schedule
