About the role
The US Head of Data and AI and the current senior leadership team across the US are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support and ad hoc floater assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Executive Assistant support to the US Head of Data and AI
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, and prepare itineraries
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, resolve conflicts, and prioritize tasks with a high sense of urgency and a proactive mindset
- Exhibit adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Requirements
- A high school diploma and/or bachelor’s degree
- Experience providing Executive Assistant support for a senior leader (Managing Director) required
- Experience in a Private Equity, consulting, or technology environment preferred but not required
- Stellar attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills while balancing multiple tasks on a daily basis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Knowledgeable about the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, particularly within the office of the CFO

- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Full of entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fluid, flat organization
- Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary

Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
Pay
The annual salary for this role ranges from: $90,000 to $110,000 + benefits + bonus (overtime eligible)
