Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the VP’s email inbox, triaging messages and drafting responses
- Manage vendor project timelines and ensure projects are completed
- Coordinate the VP’s calendar for meetings, appointments, and events
- Oversee day-to-day office operations at Showroom locations
- Streamline and improve internal processes
- Track project milestones and action items
- Create welcoming environments for clients during meet-and-greet sessions
- Auxiliary social media management for the marketing team

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Coordinator
- Experience in administrative and operational functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Experience in retail or similar industries is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
$60,000 - $75,000 annual salary; commensurate with experience
