What Makes You Exceptional in This Role
- Have 5+ years of multi-site dental operations experience
- Understand financial forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management
- Can interpret business reporting and convert data into action
- Possess strong knowledge of Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental and/or Eaglesoft
- Are highly organized and tech-proficient (Google Workspace & Microsoft Office)
- Communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence
- Are resilient, adaptable, and energized by performance-driven environments
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Director of Practice Operations
- Required Participation:
- Operations Meetings
- Executive Management Meetings
- Board Meetings
- Company & Department Training
- Practice Visits (as determined by EA or DoPO)
- Travel required based on practice needs.
