The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support our CFO, CAO and broader Finance and Accounting team.
We're a company that is growing fast, which means our finance team is doing serious work in a high-pressure environment. If you've supported a CFO, CAO, or finance team through hypergrowth, an IPO, a fundraise, or rapid scaling, you already know what it takes. If numbers don't scare you and you're energized by complex, fast-moving organizations, you'll hit the ground running here.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level executive support to the CFO and CAO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of meeting materials.
- Support the broader Finance and Accounting team with scheduling, document management, and day-to-day administrative needs.
- Track key finance team deadlines including reporting cycles, audits, and regulatory filings, flagging conflicts or risks proactively.
- Manage sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with expense reporting, budget tracking and invoice coordination across the team.
- Liaise with internal departments and financial partners.
- Organize and maintain financial documentation, contracts, and records, in a clean, accessible way.
- Anticipate needs, remove friction, and keep the team focused on the work that matters most.
Who You Are
- Fluent in the language of finance; you understand how finance teams operate and what keeps CFOs up at night.
- Experienced supporting executives or teams in a hypergrowth, startup, or high-stakes financial environment.
- Exceptionally discreet; you handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality as a matter of course.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across a busy team and a demanding executive calendar.
- Polished communicator who can represent the CFO and finance team professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and accurate — in finance, the details are everything.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience, ideally supporting a CFO, finance leadership, or a finance and accounting team.
- Background or coursework in finance, accounting, or business is a strong plus.
- Experience in a hypergrowth, venture-backed, or publicly traded company environment is highly valued.
- Proficiency with productivity and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial tools and platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Concur, Carta, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
