We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes job duties (scope) and accountabilities (Lending Support, Credit Administration, Other). Also Minimum Education Required, Competencies, Education, Experience & Skills, Minimum Experience Required, Shift, Number of Openings, Compensation, Postal Code, Job Type, Place of Work, Requisition ID, Job Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). No Job ID/requisition as heading; fold minor metadata into short p or drop. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to keep substantive info: duties, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule maybe. We have shift: First (Day). That's schedule info. So we can have a Schedule section with that. Pay: Compensation $23.55 - $35.35 / Hourly. Benefits: list of benefits. Education/Experience: Minimum Education Required, Minimum Experience Required, plus competencies. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe a brief summary from scope). Responsibilities (the duties). Requirements (education/experience). Qualifications (maybe competencies). Skills (maybe specific skills). Benefits. Pay. Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections must have real content. Let's extract: About the role: Could be a summary: "Provide market support to commercial & agricultural lenders by coordinating activity in support of credit approval & documentation processes, supporting bank customers in account management, operations, documentation, customer service & technical support, and also supporting consumer lenders." That's from first paragraph. Responsibilities: The detailed duties list under Accountabilities Lending Support (70%), Credit Administration (20%), Other (10%). We'll put as
  • items. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 or 4 year post-secondary degree OR 2-4 years related experience OR equivalent combination. Also numerical aptitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, skills needed in typical office environment including computer skills & utilization of office equipment, ability to move about office, operate computer, carry/handle objects, reach, communicate effectively, occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, ability to travel, specific vision abilities (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, adjust focus). Also mention reasonable accommodations. Qualifications: Competencies list: Attention to Detail – Adaptability – Customer Orientation – Verbal & Written Communication – Self-Driven -Time Management – Technology Driven – Problem Solver – Teamwork – Initiative / Reliability – Judgement – Flexibility. Skills: maybe the same as competencies? But we could separate: Skills: computer skills, office equipment, numerical aptitude, confidentiality, communication, etc. But to avoid duplication, maybe we treat Competencies as Skills section. However we need both Qualifications and Skills sections if we have distinct content. Could put Qualifications as education/experience, Skills as competencies. Let's decide: - About the role (h3) - Responsibilities (h3) - Requirements (h3) for education/experience. - Qualifications (h3) for competencies. - Benefits (h3) - Pay (h3) - Schedule (h3) We'll omit Skills if redundant. Now format. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any detail? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can combine into sections. Must not drop any substantive detail. That's a lot. We need to include everything: duties, responsibilities, education, experience, competencies, vision abilities, physical requirements, travel, etc. Also benefits list. Also shift, number of openings maybe minor metadata but we can fold into short p. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include number of openings, postal code, place of work, requisition ID maybe in a short p at end or beginning. But we should not create headings for them. We can include them in a

meta. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip the long legal disclaimer about third-party websites, etc. Also remove "Profinium has the exclusive right to alter this job description..." etc. Also remove "This document is intended to describe the general content..." etc. Also remove "Reasonable accommodations can be made..." maybe keep? It's substantive about accommodations. It's part of requirements. Keep. We need to keep the benefits list exactly as given. We need to keep the compensation line. We need to keep shift: First (Day). We need to keep number of openings: 1. We need to keep postal code: 55060. We need to keep job type: Full Time. Place of Work: On-site. Requisition ID: 27454 (maybe minor metadata, fold into p). We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). So fine. Now produce HTML. Structure:
