Summary
The position is 100% in-office. The employee will work full-time at a designated WesBanco location, with consideration for Bank Plaza, Wheeling, WV.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review a wide range of reports for senior management, clients, and internal partners.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, copying, filing, and preparing correspondence.
- Complete other duties as assigned, including:
- Preparing and updating information for various meetings like the Trust Review, Trust Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Developing proficiency in Directors Desk to organize Trust Committee meetings, agendas, and books.
- Assisting with the planning of seminars, internal meetings, and customer events.
- Updating organizational charts, floor plans, phone lists, and the business continuity plan.
- Answering phones, taking detailed messages, directing calls, and handling routine inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments, luncheons, and updating calendars in Outlook.
- Utilizing internal marketing solutions for sponsorships, donations, event products, etc.
- Completing concentration letters for trust relationships.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and web-based applications.
- Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
- Four years of increasingly responsible secretarial/administrative experience required.
- Banking is highly regulated, requiring proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures and adherence to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Completion of assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with Windows based computer skills.
- Event coordination, logistics for seminars and presentations.
- Coordination and preparation of marketing and account review materials.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
